I know Vern and WldMare have been so maybe they can fill us in on the activities. It seems like a Daytona or Myrtle where it is all in the public eye, but is supposed to be fun:

Mrytle Beach is scattered through out the Myrtle Beach area. I've been to Suck, Bang Blow and there and had fun but it gets way too crowded and heavy police detail. After having a few drinks you have to ride back to where ever it was you were staying. Drinking in public was a huge no-no.

In Wildwood vendors are in 2 locations within walking distance of each other. The lager area is at the convention center near the baordwalk. The other is alongside the side street of the Bolero. The Bolero itself has several bars within the one where you will find teh random person getting up and dancing. They also second floor balcony overlooking the fun. It gets pretty rowdy. Across the street from there is one of 2 Irish Pubs I like to go to Tuckers, the other is Kelly's, both hae great food.

Atlantic Ave. is the busiest part but all the local bars are cool and folks having fun. You can drink in public as long as it was in a plastic cup.

There was a a walking poker run (pub crawl) which I didn't seem to finish. There's a Bike run on Sunday along the boardwalk. Also, a quick ride to Cape May will get some great seafod at the Lobsterhouse (http://www.thelobsterhouse.com/). The best way to order is around back at the raw bar with seatting along the pier. It's half the price then going inside the resteraunt. Plus they won't let guys in with tank tops in the resteraunt.

There is the ocean and the busy boardwalk with all sort of shops and an amusment park.
