The weekend left me, for the week.... such a whore!
Good thing Friday is coming fast and furious.
Girls weekend was a success. Rain Friday, Freekin HOT Saturday, Sunday not too bad, I wish we were still up there yesterday.. it was gorgeous!!!!! Met some pretty cool guys. 2 NYC cops. Got a get outta jail free card. We'll see if it works. LOL
Back to the grind today, yippee hear the enthusiasm?

Morning all! I'll take a couple of red bulls please. Didn't sleep worth a shit last night. I think it's all the financial woes catching up with me knowing the holidays are coming up on us. Enough feeling sorry for myself......the weekend is coming and we're going to have fun! How's that for positive thinking?! Chey, glad you had fun this past weekend, and hope you don't need that get out of jail free card

Yep - back to the grind - this week and next are finals week - a paper, a presentation, a lab, and a final quiz are all due in the next 10 days. Paper is in final draft form at least (finished that before leaving for Crossroads). Hopefully the rest will fall together easily.

The camp Julie was CIT'ing at hired her full time for the rest of the summer. So didn't need to pick her up last night. Looks like I'm still "free" for almost all of August. She DOES want me to pick her up to take her to Trailrex for the weekend - then drop her back off at camp. There is no way she is missing Trailrex (as she says!).

hey everyone
i made it finally.
was a great weekend. got to see robin, cupcake jamoke, ed, lynn, crambone, max, joe, and a lot of others, and it was great. talk about flashbacks...hahaha.
unfortunately i can't make ubm, but would like to try to make some others. thinking about the mohawk valley one in august haze can you email me some more info? i also have the last weekend in august off if there is anything that weekend.
robin, i know you probably told me but you know my memory is fuzzy, so, when is trail rex again? teehee me with a fuzzy head. who'd a thought.
again great seeing all the fellow vousers again, it's nice to see family more than once a year. hopefully more can make it next year.

the mohawk valley bike fest is aug27-29 @herkimer co fair grounds ,not big rally but something to do ,not wild like vous !! then catskill mountain thunder sept 16-19 in east durham ny , im going to both , never been 2 catskill one but here its good

I'd like to hit both this year. We'll see. Ladywolf, there's a poster in the ride reports and get together thread about the Mohawk Valley Bike Fest. Last year it wasn't their fault as it was 3 solid days of rain for their first event. It looks like it might be a good one on their 2nd try!

Hey everyone! Can someone please turn off "Monday"? It seems that it carried over to today. We do have 5-Star to look forward to this weekend. We're taking the toy hauler to the event on Friday, and the Poker Run is Sat. However, I'm giving up my seat to our oldest daughter who wants to go on her first Run. I knew the day would come.

That's great news about Julie, Robin! Congrats to her on her new job. Good to see you back, Ladywolf. Haze, you and Mrs. Haze should come down here to some of the FL events sometime. We'd all have a blast! Coydog is hoping to make it to Roscoe's Chili Challenge again this year.
